Made from die cast aluminium, they are lightweight yet strong and durable with excellent heat distribution properties, making them a great alternative to cast iron cookware. Both roasters and casserole dishes are suitable for oven and stove cooking, including induction. They feature Greblon C3+ non stick coating, making them very easy to clean.
