Morello Cherry which takes its name from Italian meaning Wsour' have a distinctly orange flesh and are softer than the classic cherries. Morello cherries are widely consumed in syrups, preserves and pie fillings. MONIN Morello Cherry syrup is perfect in hot chocolates, lemonades, iced teas, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.
